Every summertime my kids travel to their favorite overnight camp. Our kids are on the go and love spending their days outside doing all the activities! Over the past few years I’ve gotten better at preparing for all the travel necessities that they might need while they are away for a week!
Empowered kids during the summertime
Years ago when we switched to a more wholistic and natural lifestyle it was to empower me as a Momma, but I had no idea that I was laying the foundation for children that were empowered! Today, my kids know what natural tools they need to support their bodies and that gives this mom a lot of relief when I send them away to travel alone! Rarely, do my kids come to me when they have a sore throat, or a wound, or an upset stomach. Sometimes I miss them coming to me so often, but I love the fact that they know what they need and are in-tune with their bodies. They know what it means to live a proactive lifestyle with health and wellness and to have all the necessities when traveling!

- 5 drops doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 drops doTERRA Cedarwood Essential Oil
- 2 drops doTERRA Tea Tree Essential Oil
- Fill Fractionated Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Gather supplies. If your bottle is a different size than the directions then adjust according to the recipe.
- Add essential oils to the spritzer.
- Add fractionated coconut oil. Stop about 1 inch from the bottle threading point. You need to leave room for shaking before use and for the spray-top mechanism to fit into the bottle without overflowing.
- Label your spritzer with the recipe!

Do you have a great travel bag for all your essential toiletries? My entire family has a hanging travel organizer. This is the best way to keep all your necessities for on the go!
