When your affirmations are repeated they begin to change your thoughts and pattern of thinking. I love to use the Yoga line aromatically or topically in the morning for this time. This is a great practice to master your morning!

Move your Body
For me this is the hardest part of my morning routine. We all know the importance of moving our bodies and finding the best time. If I don’t stretch and move my body in the morning then I make excuses the rest of the day. Getting up and getting it done leaves me feeling better and more productive for the remainder of the day. Moving your body also reduces body weight, blood pressure, and bad cholesterol. It also does wonders for reducing stress and improving mental health!

Essential oils are powerful in creating and maintaining emotional health. Applying them topically over the heart or putting a few drops in your hands or diffuser can give you an instant pick me up!
