Sweet Dreams Spray

This is our favorite spray to take while traveling! When staying in an unfamiliar bed we all need something to soothe and relax our bodies while disinfecting the area! A quick spritz of the bedding and you will find yourself falling fast asleep! My children have used this for years at bedtime to help them fall asleep easier too!

Equipment

  • 1 oz. Spritzer

Materials

  • 3 drops doTERRA Bergamot Essential Oil
  • 3 drops doTERRA Serenity Essential Oil
  • 3 drops doTERRA Vetiver Essential Oil
  • 3 drops doTERRA Cedarwood Essential Oil
  • Fill Fractionated Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Gather supplies. If your bottle is a different size than the directions then adjust according to the recipe.
  • Add the essential oils to the spritzer.
  • Add fractionated coconut oil. Stop about 1 inch from the bottle threading point. You need to leave room for shaking before use and for the spray-top mechanism to fit into the bottle without overflowing.
  • Label the spritzer with the recipe!
