Nutritionally Packed Fiber Oat Muffins

Nutritionally packed fiber oat muffins are a great option to supplement your fiber intake.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cups coconut, almond, or vanilla oat milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 2 large organic eggs
  • 3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops doTERRA Fiber
  • cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F
  • Spray your muffin tins with avocado oil and set aside.
  • In a bowl smash your bananas unit they’re no longer chunky.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until they are incorporated.
  • Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan.
  • Bake for 17 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  • Store any leftovers in a storage bag for up to 7 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
