Nutritionally Packed Fiber Oat Muffins
Nutritionally packed fiber oat muffins are a great option to supplement your fiber intake.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1½ cups coconut, almond, or vanilla oat milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 2 large organic eggs
- 3 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops doTERRA Fiber
- ⅔ cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Spray your muffin tins with avocado oil and set aside.
In a bowl smash your bananas unit they’re no longer chunky.
Mix all the ingredients together until they are incorporated.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan.
Bake for 17 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Store any leftovers in a storage bag for up to 7 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
